Plateaus are a very common problem that people have. From athletes to the everyday person trying to lose a few pounds. A Plateau is when you have been exercising for a while and your fitness level doesn't seem to change. You will experience a period of stability, can't lose or gain more weight or you just can't seem to get that leaner look.
